The property portfolio ledger

Every property, every valuation, every mortgage, every rent — held in one place, across personal names and limited companies. A changed figure is a new dated entry — the history stays on the record, and the lender-ready schedule exports in one click.

Your broker's pipeline tools manage the mortgage application. Primehold holds the thing the applications are about — the portfolio itself, kept current by you and your broker together.

The history behind every figure

Fifteen years, one record

Purchased for £92,500 at auction in 2011. Refurbished. Mortgaged, remortgaged, re-let, revalued — fifteen years of decisions, every one dated and attributed. Valued at £152,000 today, and the ledger can show its working.

The longer you keep the record, the more it knows about how your portfolio behaves. That history is yours — it exports whole, any time.

Start from the spreadsheet you have

Import the portfolio you already keep — the wizard reads your headers, maps your columns and shows you a preview and the exact count before anything is saved.

Keep it current in seconds

A valuation, a rent rise, a remortgage — logged in moments, dated, attributed to whoever logged it. Your broker sees the book the moment it changes.

Lender-ready in one click

Any portfolio exports to a clean Excel schedule in the format brokers and lenders ask for. The spreadsheet you used to rebuild for every application — already done.

One ledger, two seats

The same record, two reasons to care

Brokers and the property owners they serve keep the same ledger — that's the point. Pick your seat for the detail.

The renewals come back to you

Every product end date across the whole book, surfaced months before it lapses — with the lender and expiry status beside each one. The remortgage conversation starts with you, not with whoever writes to your client first.

Review requests, straight from the source

Clients pick the properties they want looked at and ask from inside their own portfolio. The request lands in your inbox with the schedule ready in-app — no "can you send me the latest spreadsheet".

Your firm, your seats

Add brokers to the firm and name an admin. Every entry on every record shows which adviser logged it — the book stays accountable as the desk grows.

Every client you invite, sponsored

Linked clients get the full product on your plan — company structures, multiple users, projections, exports — and what they keep current, you see the moment it changes.

Why it exists

Primehold was built by a practising specialist mortgage broker who got tired of rebuilding the same portfolio spreadsheet for every application — and of watching clients' records drift out of date between deals. It is the ledger he wanted his own clients to have.

Primehold is software for keeping portfolio records — not regulated mortgage advice. Where a review is requested, the advice relationship is with a regulated UK broker.
